The Site is accessible 24/7, except for scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for maintenance, updates, security, technical incidents, or force majeure. The publisher reserves the right to evolve the Site and its features.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site (structure, visual design, text, logos, visual elements, databases, code, and content) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.

Files, plans, models, images, and content uploaded by users remain their property (or that of their rights holders). The user guarantees they have the necessary rights and authorizes the publisher, solely for the technical needs of the service, to host, process, and transmit this content.

Liability

Information published on the Site is for informational purposes only. Despite due care, the publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions, nor continuous availability of the service.

The user remains solely responsible for the content they publish/transmit, the technical information provided, and more generally, compliance with third-party rights (notably intellectual property) and applicable laws/regulations.

Personal data

The data controller is OpenFab (contact details above). Data collection is based on: contract performance (Article 6.1.b GDPR) for account and order management; consent for commercial communications; compliance with legal obligations for contractual document retention. Retention periods: 5 years for transaction-related data, 3 years for marketing data after account inactivity. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection, restriction), contact privacy@openfab.io. For complaints, you may contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Reporting

To report clearly unlawful content, a violation of your rights, or a security issue, contact the publisher by email with a precise description of the context (URL, screenshots, justification, contact details).

Terms of use

Access to and use of the openfab.io website implies full acceptance of the Terms of Use, available at openfab.io/cgu. Users undertake to provide accurate information, to comply with the Platform's rules and not to infringe the rights of third parties. Any content published on the Site (project description, quote, message, file) may be moderated or removed if it violates the law, the Terms or infringes third-party rights.
